The people that march and demonstrate to support Palestine are NOT extremists – they are people of conscience… people with empathy… people of peace. Anyone who has attended one of these protests will understand that there is no hate… no extremism… no support for terror. You will see families, children, people of all ages, ethnicities and faiths – Christians, Muslims, Jews, humanists, atheists – calling for peace and human rights. These are not hate marchers. These are not racists or antisemites. These are the most peaceful gatherings you will see – despite what you will hear and read in a media that distorts the truth to suit the interests of those that want to cleanse Palestine of its inhabitants. It is the ultimate projection and the ultimate gaslighting. Don’t fall for it.

Our government’s position has been from the start that it’s okay to wage war on civilians. Our government has done nothing to prevent the killing and ethnic cleansing of people who have lived in that land for thousands of years. Now and then our government expresses its frustration or its hope for peace… all the while doing nothing to bring about a peace. Doing nothing, saying nothing and continuing to support the killing behind the scenes – that has become the new normal… the new moderate. Opposing violence has become the new extremism… at least, that’s the message.

While our government supplies arms and support to the racist, apartheid regime that is doing the killing, our press and media supports the narrative – that those calling for peace and human rights are the extremists – the perpetrators and their backers are NOT. Language and logic have been turned on their heads – it’s quite insane.

Our press and media do nothing to challenge the lie – that those doing the killing are doing so in response to an existential threat to Jews. This is not about Judaism – it is about colonialism… Zionism… a political ideology that believes it can crush an existing population in pursuit of its supremacist goals, with impunity.
Opposing this crime against humanity is not antisemitism. Opposing Israel when it commits atrocities is a duty for all moral people – and it is not antisemitic to do so.

Israel is not a democracy. It is a cruel colonial occupier guilty of a genocide that has unfolded before our eyes. It considers Palestinians to be a lesser type of being, and kills by the thousand accordingly, without conscience and with impunity. It teaches its children to hate and fear.

Conflating antisemitism with criticism of Israel is a cover for war crimes and crimes against humanity, and Britain, the USA and other western nations have given Israel impunity for decades, and it continues today.
How has it become okay for 20,000 children (average age 5.5 years old) to have been slaughtered in the past 18 months?
Is it normal, or moral to stand by and say nothing? Is it extremist to try and stop this madness… to stop this cruelty?
